REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7261

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7261 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CAUAYAN MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN BARANGAY ISIO, MUNICIPALITY OF CAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The bed capacity of the Cauayan Municipal Hospital in Barangay Isio, Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds. Sec. 2. The Secretary of Health, who shall exercise supervision over said hospital, is hereby authorized to appoint the medical staff and other personnel necessary for its operation and maintenance. Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: March 20, 1992
