REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7406

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7406 - AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE KALAMANSIG MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KALAMANSIG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KALAMANSIG DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The Kalamansig Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Kalamansig, Province of Sultan Kudarat, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Kalamansig District Hospital. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: April 14, 1992
