REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7414

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7414 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE POLILLO MEDICARE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLILLO, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The bed capacity of the Polillo Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Polillo, Province of Quezon, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds. Sec. 2. The municipal hospital shall be composed of competent personnel as prescribed by the Department of Health. Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry our the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: April 14, 1992
