REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7421

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7421 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARACALE, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PARACALE HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The health unit in the Municipality of Paracale, Province of Camarines Norte, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Paracale Health Infirmary, under the supervision of the Department of Health. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: April 14, 1992
