REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7548

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7548 - AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE MALAY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN BARANGAY BALUSBUS, MUNICIPALITY OF MALAY, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MALAY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The Malay Municipal Hospital in Barangay Balusbus, Municipality of Malay, Province of Aklan, is hereby expanded and upgraded into ten-bed capacity municipal hospital to a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Malay District Hospital. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: May 22, 1992
