REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7556

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7556 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE SOUTHERN ISABELA DISTRICT HOSPITAL FROM TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY TO FIFTY-BED CAPACITY

Section 1. The Southern Isabela District Hospital is hereby converted from twenty-five-bed capacity to fifty-bed capacity hospital. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: May 26, 1992
