REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7566

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7566 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE JESUS M. COLMENARES DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALASAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE JESUS M. COLMENARES DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The Jesus M. Colmenares District Hospital in the Municipality of Balasan, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a fifty-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Jesus M. Colmenares District Hospital. Sec. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment and every year thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: May 26, 1992
