ACT DECLARING JANUARY 28 OF EVERY YEAR AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC
HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE TO BE KNOWN AS JULIAN FELIPE DAY |
Section
1. In celebration of the birth anniversary of
Professor Julian Felipe and in recognition of his talent and ingenuity
in the masterful constitution of the national anthem, the 28th of
January of every year is hereby declared as a non-working special
public holiday in the City of Cavite to be known as Julian Felipe
Day. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. * Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on September 1, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution. |
