REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7994

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7994 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE BALAGUNAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BALAGUNAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The Balagunan Barangay High School in the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Province of Davao, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Balagunan National High School. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval. * Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.
