REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8078

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8078 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CAPITAL TOWN OF ALABEL, PROVINCE OF SARANGANI, TO BE KNOWN AS ALABEL NATIONAL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1. There shall be established a national science high school in the capital town of Alabel, Province of Sarangani, to be known as Alabel National Science High School. Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Department, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Note: Lapsed into law on July 06, 1995 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.)
