REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8141

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8141 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE EASTERN SAMAR NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BORONGAN EASTERN SAMAR NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC SCHOOL.

Section 1. The name of the Eastern Samar National Comprehensive High School in the Municipality of Borongan, Eastern Samar National Polytechnic School. Sec. 2. The Eastern Samar National Polytechnic School shall be under the supervision of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Note: Lapsed into law on July 16, 1995 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article 27 (1) of the Constitution.)
