REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8832

AN ACT CONVERTING THE CABAYUGAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL SITUATED AT BARANGAY CABAYUGAN, CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CABAYUGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE.

Section 1. There is hereby established a national high school in Barangay Calategas, Municipality of Narra, Province of Palawan, to be known as the Calategas National High School. Sec. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules, circulars and regulations to implement this Act. Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 4. This Act stall take effect upon its approval. Approved: August 22, 2000.
