REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8927

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PANDAN, MUNICIPALITY OF CAOAYAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAOAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1. There is hereby established a national high school in Barangay Pandan, Municipality of Caoayan, Province of Ilocos Sur to be known as the Caoayan National High School. Sec. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect immediately upon approval thereof. Approved: August 22, 2000.
