| AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL
HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CALUBCOB I, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, BATANGAS
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR. |

1. The Calubcob I National High School in Barangay
Calubcob I,
Municipality of San Juan, Batangas is hereby established. Sec. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act. Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: August 22, 2000. |
