REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10615

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FISH PORT IN BARANGAY HAGNAYA, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN REMIGIO, PROVINCE OF CEBU AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be constructed, under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), a fish port in Barangay Hagnaya, Municipality of San Remigio, Province of Cebu.

SEC. 2. The PFDA, in coordination with the local government unit (LGU) concerned, shall formulate the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.nadcralavvonlinelawlibrary

SEC. 3. The Secretary of Agriculture shall include in the Department’s program the funding requirements for the construction of the said fish port in Barangay Hagnaya, Municipality of San Remigio, Province of Cebu. The LGU concerned shall set aside funds from any available local revenues in an amount deemed appropriate for its operationalization and maintenance.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
