REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11041, June 29, 2018
AN ACT RENAMING THE MONTEVISTA-CATEEL NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAVERSING THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE INTO THE BENIGNO S. AQUINO JR. NATIONAL HIGHWAY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Montevista-Cateel National Highway traversing the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley Province is hereby renamed Benigno S. Aquino Jr. National Highway.
SEC. 2. The Department of Public works and Highways shall place appropriate markers along the Benigno S. Aquino Jr. National Highway and shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement this Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 13, 2017 and March 12, 2018, respectively.
